Drawing Wolverine - 2 different approaches

It's always a good opportunity to be able to watch speed painting and learn from the masters - to witness the miracle of seeing them starting from a blank document and a few minutes later (several hours in real time obviously) to come up with a fantastic artwork that blow your mind.

In this particular setting - it's a Wolverine painting and the good thing is both artists are using different tools, and methods.

The first video is Stephanie Valentin - using Photoshop and showing a step by step method involving not less than  16 layers.

The second is executed by Roman (a professional painter obviously) - using Gimp and ... well, honestly ... it's spectacular!
