The state of the AI vs classic artwork discussion

The introduction of AI technology into the artistic sphere garnered significant attention a few months ago, inciting heated debates, lawsuits, and controversies. However, the novelty of this trend appears to have diminished recently.

I can see some artists still balancing from the old ways and now including AI into their workflow

One artist in particular caught my attention, he seems to be swinging back and forth, posting drawings and then AI artwork

My current view is that he should create numerous drawings and select the best ones to evaluate their appearance in the AI artwork style.
